Awareness
Settle into a comfortable position. Let your body soften. Let your breath be natural.
Now gently turn your attention inward.
Not analyzing. Not fixing. Just noticing.
What do you notice in your body?
What emotions are present?
What thoughts are moving?
Let something come into focus - a feeling, a pattern, a moment from today, something that’s asking for your attention.
Don’t force it. Let it arise.
Trust that whatever comes is the right place to begin.
Listen
Turn toward this experience with curiosity.
Not to fix it. Not to make it go away. Just to be with it.
You might say internally: I see you. I’m here.
Notice what shifts when you face it instead of avoiding it.
Let yourself listen.
What is this part feeling?
What does it believe?
What has it been carrying?
Stay present. Let it be known.
Inquire
Now gently begin to ask:
What are you trying to do for me?
What are you protecting me from?
What are you afraid would happen if you stopped?
Let the answers come however they come - words, images, sensations.
And then ask:
What do you actually need?
Not what it’s been doing - but what it needs underneath.
Let yourself receive whatever arises.
Guide
From this place of connection, begin to open to something new.
Gently ask:
Is there a different way you’d like to show up?
A new role, a new posture, a new way of being?
Don’t force an answer.
If something emerges, notice it lightly.
If nothing comes, trust that something is still unfolding.
You are not making change happen.
You are creating space for it.
Nurture
Now let go of all effort.
Let everything settle.
Whatever was seen or felt - let it integrate at its own pace.
Sense that you are held within something larger - Life, God, Presence.
You are not alone in this process.
Let your body absorb what happened here.
Let it be enough.
